Forgotten Gazebo

Imagine forging your way through an overgrown and forgotten garden and coming upon a charming gazebo.  Wildly overgrown with hundreds of flowers, yet still standing.  What happened?  Who built it?  Did lovers meet here, or children play, or maybe the fairies abandoned it.
